- The promotion is a prize draw. It is open to anyone over the age of 18, resident in the UK, who completes an entry available on this web site. Entry forms should be submitted to www.allaboutcheltenham.com.
- No purchase is necessary
- The prize is a case of 6 bottles of 2000 Vintage Franck Bonville Grand Cru Blanc de blancs Champagne including delivery to the UK
- Only one entry per person is permitted
- The closing date for entries is November 30th 2006. The winner will be drawn on December 1st 2006 and notified by telephone. The prize draw will be supervised by an independent person
- The case of Champagne remains the property of Chandos Delicatessan Ltd. until the winner is notified in writing and has accepted.the prize. The winner will be asked to sign a transfer note to signify that they have accepted the prize
- The prize is not transferable but will become the subject of another prize draw conducted by allaboutcheltenham.com
- The draw is not open to employees of allaboutcheltenham.com, Chandos Delicatessan Ltd., their suppliers, agents or anyone involved with 'WIN a FREE case of Vintage Champagne.'
- The winner will be expected to have their photograph taken for use on the allaboutcheltenham.com web site
- The promoter is allaboutcheltenham.com and the prize is provided by Chandos Delicatessan Ltd. Any questions should be submitted to allaboutcheltenham.com
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed or are unreadable. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
- The name of the winner will be available upon request from allaboutcheltenham.com
- allaboutcheltenham.com and Chandos Delicatessan Ltd. reserve the right to substitute this prize with an equivalent Champagne of their choosing with the same or greater value
- There is no cash alternative to this prize
